1. Introduction
Welcome to Inflictor AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at inflictor.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Inflictor AI is an entertainment platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate fictional face-swap images and short videos based on user-selected templates. All generated content is entirely fictional and created for humorous and entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Inflictor AI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by individuals under 18.
3. Account Registration
You may register using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Service Description
Inflictor AI allows you to:
- Upload a photograph containing a human face ("Source Image")
- Select a pre-defined scenario or template ("Condition")
- Generate an AI-produced face-swap image and/or short video ("Generated Content")
- Download and share Generated Content
The generation process involves two stages: (1) face-swap image creation, and (2) video animation. If the video stage fails after the face-swap stage has completed, you may retry video generation from your archive at no additional cost, subject to a maximum of three retry attempts per job.
5. Token System & Pricing
5.1 Token Purchases
The Service operates on a token-based credit system. Tokens are purchased in packages and are used to generate videos. Current packages are as follows (prices subject to change):
- 3 videos — $5 USD
- 8 videos — $10 USD
- 20 videos — $20 USD
Each video generation costs a fixed number of tokens. Token costs are displayed before you confirm a generation.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
5.3 Refund Policy
Token purchases are generally non-refundable. However:
- If a generation job fails entirely (both face-swap and video stages), your tokens will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
- If the face-swap stage succeeds but the video stage fails, you may retry video generation at no additional cost via the archive. Tokens are not refunded for partial completions where a retry option is available.
- If all retry attempts are exhausted and no video is produced, tokens for that generation will be refunded automatically.
We do not offer refunds for Generated Content that you are dissatisfied with on subjective or aesthetic grounds.
5.4 Token Expiration
Purchased tokens do not expire and remain in your account until used, unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inflictor AI solely for personal entertainment. You agree NOT to:
- Upload images of minors (anyone under 18 years of age) under any circumstances
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, bully, defame, or intimidate any individual
- Use Generated Content to impersonate someone in a misleading or fraudulent context
- Create content that could reasonably be interpreted as a genuine threat of violence
- Distribute Generated Content in a way that presents it as real or authentic footage
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to extortion, blackmail, or fraud
- Upload images you do not have the right to use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's API, models, or infrastructure
- Circumvent rate limits, token costs, or any other technical restrictions
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Generated Content or access to the Service
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without refund.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the Source Images you upload. By uploading a Source Image, you grant Inflictor AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and store that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. Source Images are stored in private cloud storage, are not publicly accessible, and are automatically deleted 7 days after upload.
7.2 Generated Content
Generated Content is created using AI models and pre-designed templates. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, download, and share Generated Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not claim that Generated Content depicts real events.
7.3 Platform Content
All templates, animations, branding, UI design, code, and other intellectual property comprising the Inflictor AI platform remain the exclusive property of Inflictor AI and its licensors.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All content produced by Inflictor AI is entirely fictional and AI-generated. It does not depict real events, real injuries, real medical conditions, or real punishments. No person is actually harmed in the creation of any Generated Content. The scenarios (including but not limited to simulated illnesses, punishments, and dramatic scenes) are purely imaginative and intended as humorous entertainment.
You acknowledge that AI generation may occasionally produce unexpected, imperfect, or unintended results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any Generated Content.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Source Images are stored securely in private cloud infrastructure and are automatically deleted 7 days after upload.
- Generated Content (face-swap images and videos) is hosted on the infrastructure of third-party AI generation providers, not on Inflictor AI servers. We store only the URLs to your content. Availability of Generated Content may be subject to the retention policies of these providers. We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep permanently.
- We collect account information (email, name) provided during registration or via third-party sign-in providers (Google, Apple).
- We do not sell your personal data or uploaded images to third parties.
10. Third-Party Services
Inflictor AI relies on third-party services to operate, including but not limited to:
- Supabase for authentication and data storage
- Google Cloud Platform for temporary image storage
- Stripe for payment processing
- Third-party AI generation providers for face-swap and video generation and content hosting
Generated Content is produced and hosted by third-party AI generation providers. We may change or add providers at any time to improve service quality or reliability. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or retention policies of these third-party services. Disruptions to third-party services may temporarily affect the availability of Inflictor AI or previously generated content.
11. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to keep Inflictor AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to change token pricing, package structures, and generation costs. Any changes will apply to future purchases only; existing token balances will not be affected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Inflictor AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- In no event shall Inflictor AI, its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inflictor AI, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or generate through the Service
- Any claim by a third party related to Generated Content you created or shared
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
15. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused tokens in a terminated account are forfeited if the termination is due to a Terms violation.
